Most people are not fully comfortable being human beings. Most of our body experience is limited to seeking pleasure and avoiding pain. Many of us are restless because we feel the gap between what is and what could be, always wanting more, yet aching for acceptance and peace. Some of us are out of our bodies because of trauma or energetic overwhelm and wish to learn to experience life in more grounded and graceful ways. Others like to push against limits taking their bodies and consciousness as far as they can.
I have experienced all of these feelings. My personal journey has taken me from relationships to natural childbirth, from Black Belt to Reiki Master. Along the way I have come to accept my humanity; my power, my softness, and my spiritual gifts. If you have come to recognize that it is now time to open up to new experiences and a more holistic point of view, I work with people whose desire is to fully be here on the planet experiencing the calm, quiet, still, powerful, joy of living in a body.

Personal
I grew up in Minneapolis, attended higher education in Atlanta, and am now in Colorado. I began studying martial arts at the age of 12 for its physical intensity and discipline, and became an award-winning competitive Tae Kwon Do martial artist, receiving my black belt at the age of seventeen. When I was 16, I started seeing energies. I realized I was crazy, or there was more to life than what could be seen by the naked eye. Not knowing how to adapt to my unusual skills, I attended a prestigious liberal arts college, Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota where I studied math and the sciences. I had no idea what to do with my life. I am forever grateful to the many people who’s trust, faith, and courage were the first examples for me on how to really live.
Beginning in 1985, during my search for meaning, I began studying schools of healing and spiritual philosophy to understand the mind and the body and their essential integration. I have had the great fortune to have studied many ancient wisdoms and alternative healing approaches to health, wellness, and spiritual growth. They have all helped me discover my abilities and talents.
Full of faith but lacking clarity of career purpose, I dropped out of school, got married, and explored employment options for some years, working in a variety of fields including photography, coaching, bakery, appliance sales, video sales, to security guard. I was finally inspired by the ability of Network Spinal Analysis to change people lives. I entered chiropractic school in 1993 and studied to become a Doctor of Chiropractic.
Truthfully, I have learned more through my successes and failures in personal relationships than from all the classes I have taken combined. These days, I am happy beyond my wildest imagination. In addition to building a business over the last fifteen years, I am also a mother of two children. I enjoy friends, photography, travel, fine cuisine, bodywork, wellness, teaching, learning, tattoos, spirituality, reading, and nature.
