Without physical vitality running through our body, life has no pleasure. If we are out of touch with our “gut instincts,” careers and relationships are chosen because they “make sense” rather than chosen from a place of joy. When we are reliving trauma, giving up our dreams, or feeling like our heart is hurt or closed, then life has no passion. Without energy, life has no meaning, and it is hard to stay on purpose.
If we are not living in the now, in our fluid and flexible bodies, we feel stuck, overwhelmed, lost, bored, and ultimately lonely, regardless of how much is going on. To be balanced on every level is to live a meaningful life with power, passion, pleasure, and purpose.

From Phenomenal Touch massage with founder Leslie Bruder to Network Spinal Analysis (NSA/Network) and Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) with founder Dr. Donny Epstein; from Diksha blessings with Her Holiness Sai Maa, to Non Violent Communication (NVC) with founder Marshall Rosenberg. We bring the tools for greater conscious understanding of what it means to be in a body with complete freedom.
